Guidelines for managing and optimizing campaigns on our microtask marketplace.
Campaign creation and management policy ensuring fairness, quality, and transparency across our microtask platform.
This Campaign Policy applies to all advertisers, clients, campaign owners, workers, and platform users who participate in task creation, task completion, or campaign management activities. The purpose of this policy is to maintain a trustworthy marketplace where campaigns remain legitimate, transparent, and beneficial for all participants.
By creating, publishing, managing, or participating in campaigns, users agree to comply with all platform rules, quality standards, and applicable legal requirements. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in campaign rejection, suspension, removal, or account restrictions.
Campaigns submitted to the platform must contain clear instructions, realistic completion requirements, and sufficient information for workers to understand the expected task outcome. Advertisers are responsible for providing accurate campaign details, verification methods, reward amounts, and completion criteria.
Campaigns containing misleading information, incomplete instructions, unrealistic expectations, deceptive claims, or intentionally confusing requirements may be rejected or removed without prior notice.
The platform supports a wide range of legitimate microtask campaigns including website testing, surveys, data collection, content moderation, product feedback, application testing, research participation, lead verification, social engagement tasks where permitted, and other lawful digital work opportunities.
All campaign categories remain subject to internal review and compliance verification before becoming available to workers. Certain campaign types may require additional validation or documentation depending on their nature and associated risks.
The platform strictly prohibits campaigns involving casino activities, betting, gambling, fraud, deception, abuse, misleading links, phishing attempts, fake tasks, scams, illegal activities, or any other practices that may harm users or compromise platform security.
Any campaign found involving these restricted activities will be immediately rejected and removed from the platform. Such violations are considered serious breaches of platform policy and may result in account suspension, permanent account termination, and restriction of platform access.
In cases of serious violations, the platform reserves the right to freeze any available funds in the user's wallet while conducting necessary investigations and taking appropriate action. These measures are implemented to protect users, maintain platform integrity, and ensure a safe and trusted marketplace environment.
Any attempt to deceive users, manipulate platform systems, artificially generate activity, collect sensitive information without authorization, distribute harmful links, or misuse the platform for unauthorized purposes will result in strict enforcement actions.
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that campaign descriptions, instructions, rewards, deadlines, and verification requirements remain accurate throughout the campaign lifecycle. Campaign owners must review submissions fairly and provide payment for valid task completions according to the published campaign terms.
Advertisers should maintain professional communication with workers and avoid unreasonable rejection practices. Repeated abuse of the review system may result in account restrictions or removal from the platform.
Workers are expected to complete tasks honestly, follow campaign instructions carefully, and submit genuine work. The use of automated tools, bots, falsified information, duplicate submissions, or fraudulent completion methods is strictly prohibited.
Workers who repeatedly submit low-quality, misleading, or fraudulent work may face temporary or permanent account actions depending on the severity of violations.
The platform reserves the right to review, modify, suspend, reject, or remove any campaign that violates platform policies, quality standards, legal obligations, or operational requirements. Campaign approval is not guaranteed and remains subject to ongoing compliance monitoring.
Moderation decisions may be based on campaign content, worker feedback, fraud detection signals, compliance concerns, platform integrity requirements, or other risk management considerations.
Campaign costs, platform fees, refunds, and balance adjustments are calculated using precise decimal values during processing. To maintain transparency and consistency, all final campaign-related amounts displayed to users and applied to account balances are rounded to two decimal places in USD.
The platform applies a 10% campaign service fee on the campaign base cost unless otherwise specified. This fee is calculated separately from worker rewards and is added to the final campaign cost.
Example:
A campaign requires 7 workers with a reward of $0.07 per worker.
Worker payment calculation:
7 × $0.07 = $0.49
Platform service fee:
$0.49 × 10% = $0.049
Total campaign cost before rounding:
$0.49 + $0.049 = $0.539
Final displayed campaign cost after rounding:
$0.54
If a calculation results in more than two decimal places, the platform rounds the final amount to the nearest cent. For example, an amount of $0.539 becomes $0.54, while an amount of $0.534 becomes $0.53.
When a campaign is edited, reduced, or cancelled, refunds are calculated only from the eligible unused worker budget. Previously charged platform service fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated by the platform.
The platform may temporarily hold, adjust, or investigate payments where fraud prevention, dispute resolution, policy enforcement, or compliance verification procedures are required.
In situations involving campaign disputes, submission disagreements, or payment concerns, the platform may review available evidence and take reasonable action to resolve issues fairly. Platform decisions regarding policy enforcement are considered final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Repeated policy violations, abuse of platform systems, fraudulent behavior, or attempts to circumvent platform controls may result in warnings, campaign removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
This Campaign Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in platform operations, legal requirements, fraud prevention practices, industry standards, or service improvements. Updated versions will become effective upon publication on this page.
Continued use of the platform after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Campaign Policy. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly to remain informed about current platform requirements and responsibilities.
Follow our campaign standards to ensure successful task execution, quality results, and a trusted marketplace experience.
